On 25 August, 2017, at the conventional center of VNPT in Ha Long City, HDMon Group – the owner of Mon Bay Ha Long project took place the signing ceremony of exclusive distribution of Mon Bay Ha Long Phase II opening for sale of shophouse, villa and neighboring area with the presence.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Deputy General Director of HDMon Ha Long Co., Ltd, Mr. Nguyen Anh Quan said that as planned, in the fourth quarter of 2017, the low-rise building of the project will be handed over to the first customers. At the same time, it is also the starting point of the high rise building, including two 35-storey towers, 1,200 apartments and a complex of modern and convenient utilities meeting the the needs of Mon Bay residents to the fullest such as swimming pools, commercial areas, entertaining, sports areas.

At the event, Mr. Nguyen Hai Dang, General Director of HDMon Ha Long Co., Ltd., officially signed, announced the cooperation of HDMon Group with the first real estate trading floor alliance in Quang Ninh named QNG – a combination of three “doestic” real estate trading floor units, including FourHome real estate floor including Nhat Minh Real Estate Company, Dat Xanh Northern Real Estate Company for the exclusive distribution of Mon Bay Ha Long project as well as cooperate with Savills Property Management Group involved in management of issues on residents, living environment … in Mon Bay.

Also at this event, Mon Bay Ha Long signed comprehensive media cooperation with April Media Company, thus providing the potential of promoting cultural tourism value of the project to national tourists.

In addition, the event had the attendance of representatives from HDBank as a strategic partner who has accompany with HDMon for a long time.

In the latter part of the event, Mr. Ninh Viet Ha – Sales Manager of Mon Bay project, said that for shophouse products, the owner will support 0% interest rate in the 9 months with maximum 50% of the shophouse value and support for early payment from the 18^th month since the first disbursement to customers using the bank loan support package.

Especially, if customers buy shophouse in the July of lunar calendar will receive business support in 24 months with a total amount up to 288 million.

In addition to Mon City and Mon Central, two other big projects of HDMon Group in Hanoi, Mon Bay Ha Long continue to contribute to bring living experience to the Vietnamese.
