HCM City People’s Committee is cooperating with related units to continue solving problems related to payment, final settlement, warranty, loan interest, the progress of construction and management and the quality of works under the projects.
According to the study, 12,500 resettlement apartments will be built in Thu Thiem new urban area to resettle in place for households in 5 central wards of this urban area. The project includes 3 zones: 30.2 ha Binh Khanh area with 4,216 apartments. The area of 38.4 ha Binh Khanh has 6,220 apartments and 17,3ha An Phu – Binh Khanh has 1,844 apartments.
In which, the resettlement area of 38.4 ha by Union Trade Investment Services Co., Ltd, Trade Union Joint Stock, Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade of Vietnam – Construction Joint Stock Company No.1 – Construction Trade Company Limited Thuan Viet and Truong Son Construction Corporation invest to build 2.220 apartments and infrastructure throughout the 38.4 ha area in Binh Khanh Ward.
Many people living around this place said that in early September, the investor officially opened thousands of resettled apartments according to the commercial rate because there are a minimal number of people coming in to live or they have resold their houses. The asking price (excluding VAT) of the apartments in the project is about 35-36 million per sm.
Because of this project, the surrounding housing prices also increased rapidly.
