Vingroup launches Vinhomes Skylake Pham Hung project

On January 8, Vingroup officially launched the Vinhomes Skylake project in Hanoi.

Vinhomes Skylake is located on Pham Hung street, near Duong Dinh Nghe – Pham Hung crossroad, opposite Keangnam Landmark 72 via Duong Dinh Nghe.

Vingroup launched two S1, S2 projects Vinhomes Skylake on January 8 in Hanoi

The value of Vinhomes Skylake is located right next to the 32-hectare Cau Giay Lake Park, which has 19 hectares of water surface – 1.5 times larger than the current Hoan Kiem Lake.

The project is 2.3 hectares, including 3 high rise apartment buildings, providing thousands of apartments with an area of ​​49 – 171 sqm, including 1-4 bedrooms.

At the launching ceremony on January 8, Vingroup introduced two S1 and S2 courts simultaneously. In particular, the S1 Court features 3 parked and low-density residential units (12 units per floor) and S2 Court houses a central location, complete with local amenities.

Vinhomes Skylake project is expected to be handed over in Q2 / 2019, after completion of Cau Giay Lake Park expected in Q3 / 2018.
