(+84) 898 898 688Hanoi City Party Committee has issued Announcement No. 871-TB/TU to convey the conclusion of the Standing Committee of the Party on the planning of industrial development in Ha Noi City to 2020, with a look to 2030.
Accordingly, for the formation and development of industrial clusters in the city in accordance with the national master plan, socio-economic development planning, general planning for the construction of the capital, land use planning and industrial development planning, it is necessary to issue the “Industrial Park Development Plan for Hanoi City in 2020, with a vision to 2030”.
This is an important basis for building and managing the formation, investment, construction and development of industrial clusters in the city; attracting investment, exploiting and promoting the potential and strength of the capital, good management of existing land funds, orientation of land reserves for sustainable industrial development, linking industrial cluster development with high technology development programs, urbanization, infrastructure development and job creation.
The Party Committee agrees with the policy of “Planning for development of Ha Noi industrial cluster to 2020, with a vision to 2030” proposed by the Party Committee of the People’s Committee at the report No. 350/BC-BCS dated 8/8/2017. Assign the Party Committee of the City People’s Committee to direct the relevant departments to receive comments at the conference, review and finalize the report, obtain comments from the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, organize the implementation of the current process and regulations of the State.
On some points of note when reviewing and finalizing the draft planning: It is necessary to cling with the content of the approved Hanoi industrial development planning. To add contents and solutions to solve environmental problems and arrange industrial clusters in locations far from residential areas.
The planning of industrial clusters in provinces to ensure the development vision in line with the master plan for the construction of the capital has been approved by the Prime Minister: in an area, on technical infrastructure investment must be synchronized with the regional technical infrastructure.
In particular, note not planning industrial clusters in suburban districts have urban development planning to avoid the need to relocate later.
