Punish The Encroachment Of the Land Encroachment Project Of Bac Phuoc Kien – Nha Be Residential Area

The People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City has assigned the People’s Committee of Nha Be district to inspect the land use of households living within the project area of Bac Phuoc Kien – Nha Be residential area by Quoc Cuong Gia Lai Joint Stock Company (QCG) as investor; fining administrative violations in cases of encroachment on public land and construction of illegal houses and works.

Accordingly, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment should cooperate with Nha Be District People’s Committee proposed to deal with the recovery of the remaining land area of Bac Phuoc Kien – Nha Be residential area and other similar projects that investors can not negotiate compensation with households.

The houses in Phuoc Kien project have not been compensated

Phuoc Kien Residential Area is located in Phuoc Kien Commune, Nha Be District, Ho Chi Minh City is 91.69 hectares.

At present, QCG has compensated 92% and about 7 hectares for 10 years have not been compensated and cleared, people have to live in the context of severe infrastructure shortage.

The reason given by the people here is compensated by QCG at too low prices. After many meetings but still have not found a common speech, so far, many things have not changed.
