In the first quarter of 2017 alone, tourism in Binh Thuan province received over 1.2 million tourists (an increase of 9.81% over the same period in 2016), of which international visitors accounted for 156.843 visitors (up 19.92% over the same period of 2016).

“Binh Thuan province’s tourist industry strives to attract 7 million visitors per year, of which 850,000 are international tourists, the average growth rate of domestic tourists is 10-12% per year, international tourists are from 12 – 14% per year, contributing 10% of the province’s GRDP” – these are the goals set for the provincial tourism sector.
All the statistics detailed above are a strong motivation for the development of the resort real estate segment.
