Da Nang City People’s Committee has issued a document regulating the price of the main household in some residential areas in Son Tra, Ngu Hanh Son, Cam Le and Hai Chau districts according to Decision No. 50 / 2014 / QD-UBND dated 20-12-2014 of the People’s Committee of the city.

Land price resettlement in Da Nang

Accordingly, the resettlement area of Tan Tra, Ngu Hanh Son district, 5.5m Street (Tran Van Giang), the price of land for resettlement after the multiplication of coefficient of land price adjustment (1.2) is 2.112.000 VND/sm. Ngu Hanh Son district’s residential area, 5.5m Street (An Be 4), residential land price resettlement is VND 2.880.000 /sm.

Tho Quang 3 residential area, Son Tra district, 5.5 m road (Man Quang 17), land price in resettlement main household after multiplication coefficient of land price (1.2) is 2.640.000 VND/sm. An Hoa residential area 1, 2, 3, Son Tra district, 3.75 m road (An Hai 18), land price in resettlement main household after multiplication coefficient of land price adjustment (1,2) is 3.072.000 VND/sm.

Phuoc Ly resettlement area, Cam Le district, 10.5m MC (5-10.5-5) m, resettlement land price is 3.960.000 VND/Sm

The land plot A3 of the project along the river from the Cham Museum to Song Thu, Hai Chau district, Phan Thanh Tai (10.5m), the price after the land price adjustment coefficient (1, 4) is 22,680,000 VND/sm.

Coefficients for special land parcels and depth divisions are made in accordance with Decision No. 50/2014 / QD-UBND dated December 20, 2014, by the City People’s Committee.

In cases where the land plot at the T – junctions or intersections, if it has the backward side area, it will be multiplied by (x) coefficient 0.5 on the value of the backward area. For cases of resettlement by sub-households, multiplication of additional sub-households as prescribed.

The City People’s Committee also requires the City Land Development Center to publicize and post a map of all the land lots to be allocated for resettlement and the land unit price as set out above; organize and create favorable conditions for resettlement households to carry out procedures for receiving land and allocating residential land under the direction of the People’s Committee to stabilize their life. At the same time, the procedures for collection of land use fees shall be remitted to the State budget and coordinated with the People’s Committees of Son Tra, Ngu Hanh Son, Cam Le and Hai Chau Districts to complete the procedures for granting land use right certificates according to regulations.
