Empire 88 Tower: Nature Intertwines Between Clouds

The 88-story tower of the Empire City project, the Empire 88 Tower, is expected to contribute to a change in the city’s architectural design with resonance with nature.

Designed to create a harmonious environment between the natural landscape and the rapidly growing metropolis, Empire 88 Tower consists of three skyscrapers with a 333-meter high central tower, built as a miniature garden.

The 88 floors of the tower will consist of residential, apartment, hotel and public observatories. An “overgrown forest” with bent structure crossing the vertical tower in the middle of the sky will bring the green landscape to the air.

The image of the suspended ladders radiates in many directions around the central axis of the tower, symbolizing the harmony between the urban landscape and the natural environment of the peninsula, between urban and rural areas. The jungle, with its seductive interplay between the exterior and interior, will bring a magical experience from the tropical landscape of Vietnam.

Arranging many native plants together with aquatic species, this unique landscape promises to offer a stunning view of the city center and the Saigon River – privileged not only for the residents of the tower but also visitors. At the top of the tallest tower, the green spaces between the clouds will end the journey along the tower, performing a flexible community stage for event and leisure activities, offers a panoramic view of the bustling metropolis.
