The real estate market is heating up

Deputy Minister of Construction Do Duc Duy said that the real estate market has recovered positively. This is the important premise to create “motivation” for the real estate market in 2016 to continue to develop and to have a good liquidity.

According to Vnrea, the real estate market in 2016 will take after the strong recovery of 2015; the effective monetary policies of the State to help the macroeconomy to have the best conditions for long-term and sustainable development. Vietnam now adjusts VND exchange rates, reduces dollar deposit rates and restricts foreign currency holdings, along with economic growth, inflation reduction, and strong impacts of the Real Estate Business Law, Modified Housing Law… The State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) has lowered its deposit interest rates in 2015, contributing to creating heat, shattering the real estate market with a sustainable recovery.

Sao Mai Group speeds up with the real estate market

Complete technical infrastructure, convenient transportation, electricity, water, smoothly communication will ensure the best living conditions for people. The project is scheduled to be completed in April 2017.

Perspective of Sao Mai Trieu Son urban area project – Thanh Hoa

Phase 2 will be implemented next with social infrastructure such as hospitals, markets, kindergartens, elementary schools, cultural houses. In particular, the 500-bed hospital, which is fully equipped with modern equipment, has a total investment of over 800 billion VND. The market is also built on a land area of 2.4 hectares, with beautiful architecture, durable structure and spacious, which meets the criteria of a civilized and polite community to serve the business needs of local people.

With a vision, Sao Mai Trieu Son urban area project is a satellite urban area of Trieu Son district, forming a system which connects the technical infrastructure with the center of the district, creates a civilized, modern urban center for Trieu Son suburban district in particular and Thanh Hoa city in general. This is the first model urban area in Trieu Son district that will become a center of economic, trade and services, contributing to create a new face and powerfully, fast change the socio-economic development.

The project is located on the main road of the suburban district, Highway 47 connects from Thanh Hoa city to Sao Vang airport and Ho Chi Minh road. The urban area is an important road and air transportation hub, contributing to the rapid urbanization of Trieu Son suburban district, Thanh Hoa province. Currently, Sao Mai Group is speeding up its construction to meet the demands of people in the project and surrounding areas.
