HCMC Replaced The Old Buses With Clean Fuel Vehicles

On June 29th, Deputy Director of the Center for Management and Management of Public Transport (Center) Ha Le An said that in order to improve the quality of vehicles to serve passengers from July 1st, will replace and adjust bus operation 32: Western coach station – 4-junction coach station.

Specifically, the facility will replace all 26 new CNG 51 CNG Samco CNG buses (with air conditioning). Operation time is from 4 hours to 19 hours daily.

About the route: Bus from West Bus Station – Kinh Duong Vuong – Dang Nguyen Can – Tan Hoa – Luy Ban Bich – Hoa Binh – To Hieu – Nguyen Ly – Le Khoi – Nguyen Son – Van Cao – Tan Huong – Doc Lap – Tan Son Nhi – Nguyen Cuu Dam – Nguyen Quy Anh – Tan Ky Tan Quy – Le Trong Tan – Duong Duc Hien – Che Lan Vien – D9 – Tay Thanh – Truong Chinh – Phan Huy Ich – Pham Van Chieu – Thong Nhat – Le Duc Tho – Nguyen Oanh – Ha Huy Giap – Crossing 4 junction – Roundabout – QL1A – Station 4 junction, and the opposite.

Up to now, there are about 173 CNG buses operating in the area.

In the coming years, with the investment of 1,680 new buses, the city will focus on bringing the number of CNG vehicles to the top, replacing about 3,000 buses currently running on diesel.

These new CNG buses are operated by Saigon Bus on the first service using 100% CNG, Line 1 Ben Thanh – Cho Lon.
