5-star kem beach resort beach villa attracts international investors

Located next to JW Marriott Phu Quoc Emerald Bay, Sun Premier Village Kem Beach Resort -“eco-village” is the focus of a large scale resort recreation and entertainment complex, invested by Sun Group in South Phu Quoc.

Average expenditure of visitors from these markets is estimated at USD 1,316/person, twice higher than the direct and indirect expenditure of visitors from neighboring markets.

Swiss-billionaire Christian A. Larpin estimates that direct flights from Singapore, Hong Kong to Phu Quoc and the appearance of luxury resorts such as JW Marriott Phu Quoc Emerald Bay will bring luxury visitors to Phu Quoc.

Fox, representative of Dark Horse Architecture on the ideas of minimalist but modern design, bringing indigenous culture into the works.

With construction density of up to 22%, Sun Premier Village Kem Beach Resort is expected to deliver to customers in the fourth quarter of 2018.
