According to Mr. Ha, the use of land, purchase and sale of certificates of some types of real estate have encountered difficulties such as apartment – tourist condotel, apartment office tourism villas due to regulations on purchase and sale Certain types of new real estate.

Due to these difficulties, the Minister said that solutions to problems and obstacles to the Law on Investment, the Law on Real Estate Business, the Law on Housing, the Land Law, the Law on Construction should review and amend the Law Trading real estate related to the content of buying and selling, transferring new types of real estate such as condotel, officetel, shophouse, tourism villas.
