The report said that at the end of 2016, the project land in Nhon Trach was just at VND 4-6 million / sqm. By mid-2017, the average land price here has inched up to between VND 5-7.5 million / sqm. However, from the first quarter of 2018, real estate in the territory has reached the threshold of VND 6-12 million /sqm. Particularly in the area of large roads, large population, land prices have touched VND 13-15 million /sqm.
In the second quarter of 2018, Nhon Trach market received more supply from 3 projects and the highest recorded price reached VND 17-18 million / sqm. Thus, compared with the common ground in Nhon Trach land prices have increased 60-100% over the same period last year and in the past four months, the amplitude recorded 15-30%.
