Khang Dien reached the top three listed companies with best IR performance in 2017

Khang Dien was listed on the list of nominees when it met the liquidity requirements and reached the Top 3 Mid Cap listed companies with highest investor IR rating 2017.

Announcement of the results of the IR Vote 2017 by Vietstock in cooperation with FiLi Electronic Finance and Life Magazine – in order to honor listed companies having the best investor relations has just taken place.

According to the survey results of the program, 114 listed enterprises (DNNY) reached the disclosure standard according to survey criteria out of a total of 672 enterprises listed on the survey list this year.

Truong Minh Duy, Deputy General Director of Khang Dien Company received the Best IR Award in 2017.

Accordingly, Khang Dien Company was nominated when it met the liquidity requirements (based on the average order matching session period 01 July 2016 – 30 June 2017) by each capitalization, meeting the requirements of foreign ownership (as at 30 June 2017) from 20% or more. At the same time, the company was also honored in the top 3 DNNY listed Mid Cap has the highest investor IR voted 2017.

Earlier this year, Khang Dien was voted as DNNY Best IR Performance in 2016.

Over the past 15 years, Khang Dien has provided more than 4,500 houses in the segment of villas, townhouses and apartments. In 2016, the company has successfully developed the projects Melosa Garden, Lucasta eco villas and especially the 5-star villa project The Venica.

In 2017, Khang Dien continues to affirm the position with the front of the Merita frontage was consumed on the first day of sale and the Jamila apartment project is becoming a hot phenomenon in the HCM real estate market.

The Company’s average revenue growth rate for the period of 2014-2016 is over 170% while net profit growth is nearly 100%.

By the end of Q3 / 2017, the company’s revenue was VND469 billion, up 14% over the same period of last year. According to Khang Dien, the company recorded revenue from Merita, Melosa Garden , The Venica.

In the first 9 months, the company achieved VND2,424 billion in revenue and VND374 billion in after tax profit, up 46% and 38% respectively over the same period last year.
