Hanoi: Licensing to build bridge overpass at An Duong – Thanh Nien intersection

People’s Committee of Ha Noi has issued the Decision No 7257 / QD-UBND on the construction of a flyover at the An Duong – Thanh Nien intersection, Ba Dinh and Tay Ho districts.

This is a work to overcome traffic congestion and facilitate the fast connection between Ba Dinh district and Noi Bai airport via Nhat Tan bridge.

Specifically, the flyover is 271m in length, 10m in width, the construction site is in the direction of Yen Phu – Nghi Tam road (crossing the An Duong – Thanh Nien traffic junction), incorporating a part of the Huong Hong section of K62 + 500 to K63 + 600 (from Thang Loi Hotel to An Duong Border). Total investment of the project is nearly 312 billion, expected completion after more than 7 months of construction.

One notable point in the bridge overpass project at the An Duong – Thanh Nien intersection was the partial adjustment of the Huu Hong dike structure. Therefore, the Hanoi People’s Committee asked the management board of investment projects to build traffic works in Hanoi city to inspect and review the selection of construction methods, construction schedule, Flood prevention of dykes during construction.

At the same time, pre-construction projects must submit design documents and be subject to technical supervision of dykes by the Department of Dyke and Flood Prevention Hanoi.

In addition, PMU should closely monitor the development of dykes and floods in the course of construction, promptly detect any potential incidents and take the initiative to implement the measures. Flood prevention and protection in accordance with approved plans.

In addition, during the construction process must comply with the regulations on ensuring labor safety, environmental sanitation and responsible for repairing damaged positions of dykes in the area of ​​operation …

Shortly after the completion of the project, the City People’s Committee also requested the project management unit to complete the project dossier and send it to the Hanoi Department of Dyke and Flood Control.
