(+84) 898 898 688The Government Office has sent a written request to the Government Inspectorate, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Ministry of Construction and the Da Nang People’s Committee for a comprehensive inspection of the observance of the law with investment projects on Son Tra Peninsula.
The document states: Considering the report of Danang People’s Committee, opinions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Natural Resources and Environment, Culture, Sports and Tourism, Construction, Defense, General Department II – The Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Public Security on investment in the construction of Tien Sa sea eco-tourism project, Son Tra district, Standing Deputy Prime Minister Truong Hoa Binh has directed:
The Government Inspectorate shall assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Ministry of Construction and concerned ministries and agencies in, inspecting the observance of law provisions, law on management and use of land, forest protection and development, environmental protection, construction of construction investment projects on Son Tra peninsula has been approved by the Danang People’s Committee licensing in the period from 2003 to the end of 2016.
Results reported to the Prime Minister before March 31, 1818.
Previously, as VietnamFinance has informed, on September 5, Danang People’s Committee has reported on the review of the project and the master plan for development of Son Tra National Park to 2025. , orientation to 2030.
According to the report, as of December 2012, Son Tra peninsula, the People’s Committee of Da Nang city has approved the investment policy for 18 projects to invest in tourism development.
Total planning area is about 1,222.5 hectares, of which 94,05 hectares are allocated land, 274,19 hectares are leased, and the remainder is managed without collection. The total amount of land use leased (the land area allocated) from 2003 to 2012 is over 698 billion.
The elaboration, appraisal and approval of the above-mentioned projects shall ensure that they comply with the national security and defense regulations, with construction elevations of 200m below the sea level and have no Foreign investment.
