Scenia Bay project is invested by Nam Tien Lao Cai company, located at 25 – 26 Pham Van Dong (Nha Trang city, Khanh Hoa province). The project has a total area of ​​7.666sqm , 700 apartments for sale and 270 rooms for rent.
