(+84) 898 898 688Hanoi Fire Fighting Police has cooperated with C66 (Ministry of Public Security) to organize pre-acceptance test on fire prevention and fighting at the project “Somerset West Point Hanoi Hotel & Apartment Complex at 2 Tay Ho Street, Quang An Ward, Tay Ho District, Hanoi.
The project has a scale of 25 storeys, 3 basements, of which, basement 1 will be arranged with technical and warehouse rooms, basements 2 and 3 for car garage and technical area; Mezzanine layout of coffee grounds; From floor 1 to floor 4, service area, swimming pool, children’s play area; from floor 3 to floor 25 for rent.
The process of inspection has detected that there are still many contents which do not ensure safety in fire prevention and fighting in order to issue documents for testing and commissioning. Particularly, such as traffic for fire fighting, layout of the ground, emergency exits, solutions to prevent fire spread, fire protection system, ventilation system, anti-smoke.
However, at the time of inspection, the investor has allowed the units to live, work and work in the building, there are many potential fire and explosion hazards to the works, violating regulations at Article 17 of Decree 79/2014 / ND-CP.
At the inspection, the inspection team has asked the investor to promptly overcome the problems of fire prevention and control, stop immediately putting the works into operation until the written certification of acceptance.
At the same time, C66 has made written records of administrative violations in fire prevention and fighting for Golden Villa Limited Company on the act of bringing the works into operation without being accepted for fire prevention and fighting under the provisions of Clause 6 Article 36 of Decree 167/2013 / ND-CP.
Currently, C66 is finalizing the dossier for issuance of the decision on sanctioning administrative violations. At the same time, the Fire Prevention and Fighting Police No. 6 – Hanoi Fire Prevention and Fighting Police is advising the People’s Committee of Tay Ho district to issue a decision to temporarily suspend or suspend the operation of the works in accordance with Article 19 Decree No. 79/2014 / ND-CP of the Government.
The area from 1st to 3rd floor of the project has not been issued the certificate of acceptance for fire protection but some shops and service areas have been put into operation.
