Haiphong Joint Stock Company has mortgaged its land use rights (land for building low-rise houses: BT + LK1 + LK2 + LK3) and land-related assets to be formed in the future (59 housing in low floor), mortgaging with assets attached to land formed in the future is a high-rise mixed-use project in the construction investment project General Trade, service and high-class apartments Hai Phat Plaza (Dai Mo ward, Nam Tu Liem district). Hai Phat is also mortgaging its property with future land in Phu Lam, Ha Dong district.
MB Land Real Estate Joint Stock Company mortgaged land use rights and land-related assets to be established in the future Lot 1A.IV belongs to the land fund for public works construction of My Dinh urban area 1 (Cau Dien ward, Nam Tu Liem district).
Tan Hoang Minh Group is also mortgaging its project to the east of Nghia Do Lake, Nghia Do Ward, Cau Giay. SOLEIL Investment and Hotel Joint Stock Company has just mortgaged its land use rights and land-related assets to form part of the project at 2 Dang Thai Mai street, Quang An ward, Tay Ho district. . In addition Tan Hoang Minh is also mortgaging 139 apartments in CT1 Hoang Cau apartment building.
Notably, the Joint Venture of Mai Trang Company Limited and Sunshine Vietnam Construction Joint Stock Company mortgaged the project to build a commercial center, service, office and residential building at No. 16 Pham Hung (My Ward Dinh 2, Nam Tu Liem district); Phu Thuong Construction Investment Joint Stock Company mortgaged the right to use CT1, CT2, CT03A-CT, Nam Thang Long urban area (Phu Thuong ward, Tay Ho district) CT3 with an area of 3,687.5 sqm land and assets attached to land.
Similarly, Song Da 1.01 Joint Stock Company and Ecoland Joint Stock Company have mortgaged their assets attached to the land to be formed in the future, namely the Eco Lakeview high-rise housing project, Dai Kim, Hoang Mai district (excluding the property of 8,609m2 floor and other benefits of the Forestry Corporation of Vietnam). As expected, Eco Lakeview project will be handed over to customers in October.
Gamuda Land Vietnam Limited Liability Company has mortgaged land use rights TT14 to TT20, TT23, TT26, TT41, TT42, CC4, CC6 of C2 urban area, Yen So and Tran Phu districts (Hoang Mai district).
Hoan Son Group Joint Stock Company (the representative of Bach Dang Company Limited and Hoanh Son Group Joint Stock Company) mortgaged the project of building a social housing building for soldiers of the Ministry of Public Security. at 282 Nguyen Huy Tuong, Thanh Xuan Trung ward, Thanh Xuan district.
Joint venture of Contrexim Joint Stock Company No. 1 and Thai Ha Development Investment Joint Stock Company to mortgage housing construction project in Co Nhue 2 ward, Bac Tu Liem district; Tecco Joint Stock Company mortgages future land use rights and land-related assets (including 700 apartments, 09 serviced apartments and 01 young home) under the mixed-use project. commercial and residential Tecco apartment building, land at auction land use rights, Ngu Hiep commune and Tu Hiep commune (Thanh Tri district).
