Previously, Thong Nhat Park had been proposed by some investors for investment and exploitation plans. In January 2007, the People’s Committee of Hanoi assigned Vincom Joint Stock Company to work with Thong Nhat Green Park Company to set up a unit to build, exploit and manage this park.

At that time, Vincom proposed investment in this park within 2 years with a total investment of about VND1,500 billion, but this plan has not been implemented.
