A New Hospital Was Built In Thu Duc

Van Phuc Real Estate Company will invest in building a general hospital in Hiep Binh Phuoc Ward, Thu Duc District with a land area of 15,179sqm. The term of operation is 50 years.

HCMC People’s Committee has approved for Van Phuc Real Estate Investment JSC to lease 15,179 sqm of land in Hiep Binh Phuoc Ward, Thu Duc District to invest in building a general hospital.

Accordingly, the land lease term of 50 years from the date of HCM City People’s Committee issued the decision to lease land. The form of land use is land rent paid once for 50 years.

Thu Duc will have a general hospital

Van Phuc Company is responsible for managing the investment process of the project, ensuring the progress of investment and quality of works in accordance with the planning and design approved by the competent authority. At the same time, declare with the local authorities about the project implementation and the situation of project implementation according to regulations.

Thu Duc District People’s Committee was assigned to demarcate the boundaries of the site in the field and hand over the land to the investor in accordance with the regulations. Then monitor and check the project implementation progress of the investor.

At present, Thu Duc has 3 hospitals namely Thu Duc General Hospital, Thu Duc District Hospital, and Binh Trieu Hospital. The project was built by the Van Phuc Real Estate Company as the fourth hospital in Thu Duc.
