Typical of the 91 publicly-listed buildings, such as: Dang Xa urban area (Gia Lam district) of Viglacera corporation with a series of apartment buildings including C13; C14; C15; C16 A and B; court D1; D2; D3; D4.
Many apartment buildings in Van Quan – Van Phuc urban area (Phuc La ward, Ha Dong district) also “stick” violations such as court CT1 A and B; CT2 A and B; CT3 A and B; CT7 A and B of the HUD Home and Urban Development Corporation.
Or as M5 apartment (Tran Vy, Mai Dich, Cau Giay district) by the Corporation for housing and urban development as an investor; HHB apartment invested by Hai Phat Investment JSC.
Besides, the Foreign Diplomacy (Northern District of Tu Liem) with a series of investors also violated fire prevention such as building N03-T8; Building N03-T2.
Notably, there are 7 high-rise apartments in Linh Dam peninsula (Hoang Liet, Hoang Mai), Dai Thanh urban area (Ta Thanh Oai, Thanh Tri) Dien Bien is an investor. The apartment block in Tu Hiep Urban Area (Tu Hiep Commune, Thanh Tri District) includes CT4; CT5; CT6; CT15; CT16 of Tu Hiep Hong Ha Petroleum Joint Stock Company is also constantly in violation.
In addition to high-rise apartment buildings, there are hotels such as Tirant, The Light, May de Ville (Hoan Kiem), Thu Cuc General Hospital, Branch office, Golden Westlake building, Manchico building (Tay Ho) …
According to the Hanoi Fire Fighting and Fighting Police, in the coming time, it will continue to coordinate with the functional forces to intensify the inspection, urge and guide the investors to overcome shortcomings and / or shortcomings in violating the regulations on fire prevention and fighting.
Particularly for high-rise condominiums that violate seriously the fire prevention and fighting regulations, the investors or management units shall stop, deliberately fail to comply with measures to handle administrative violations, fail to comply with the provisions on handling of administrative violations. The contents of petitions and remedies of competent agencies shall be considered and proposed to be transferred to criminal investigation agencies according to the provisions of Article 240 of the Penal Code.
At present, for 3 projects, there are no remedial measures, including: CT4 Van Khe Apartment (in Van Khe urban area, Ha Dong) invested by Song Da Joint Stock Company; CT5 A, B Van Khe apartment buildings and Van Khe CT6 apartment building (Van Khe urban area) of Ha Chau OSC Joint Stock Company as the investor, Ha Noi Fire Prevention and Fighting Police transferred the dossier to Investigative Agency of Hanoi Police.
