Saigon Intela was formerly a residential complex named B are – a part of residential area 13E – the Southern HCM City urban area in Phong Phu commune, Binh Chanh district (trade name is SparkleValue Homes) by Sparkle Value Homes Co., Ltd. – a joint venture between CapitaLand and Quoc Cuong Gia Lai as an investor.

Saigon Intela, located in front of Nguyen Van Linh Boulevard, in an isolated area, about 10 minutes away from the city center, connects to Phu My Hung urban area, adjacent to many convenient services, Saigon Intela smart riverside apartment has a modern design, which consists of two riverside blocks of 24 floors with 1,068 apartments in the area of nearly 10.000m2, 2 basements for car-parking. The project is located in the whole project area of 32 hectares and next to the 9 stories commercial center with the land area of 5,000 m2.

Although designed and built with many high-class, unique criteria, favorable location, but LDG Group announced the price of the Smart River Riverside apartments in Saigon South is only about 1 billion VND per unit.

Saigon Intela is expected to bring not only a living space but also bring different experiences with intelligent equipment system is equipped in the apartment. It is expected that Saigon Intela will welcome residents to settle in 2019.
