In addition, contact the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to complete procedures for land lease, handover landmark maps on the map and in the field, guiding the procedures for granting land use right certificates, ownership of assets attached to the land as prescribed.

At the same time, Linh Dam Real Estate Investment Company Limited should contact the Department of Construction to guide the granting of construction permits, guide the sale of resettlement houses in accordance with the city regulations, determining the selling price of resettlement houses for eligible subjects to purchase resettlement houses for the city’s demand for resettlement housing, constructing condominiums concurrently with commercial condominiums as prescribed.

Upon the expiration of the extended time limit, the company has not yet taken the land into use or the land is used incorrectly, the City People’s Committee will recover the land without any compensation for land and assets attached to the land.
