Add Phu Vang International Golf Course To Vietnam Golf Course Planning

Recently, the Ministry of Construction has issued Document No. 1988 / BXD-QHKT for comments to the Ministry of Planning and Investment on the proposal for additional international golf course in Vinh Xuan, Vinh Thanh (Phu Vang district, Thua Thien Hue province) (called Phu Vang golf course) into the planning of Vietnam golf course to 2020.

According to the Ministry of Construction, the addition of Phu Vang golf course in Vinh Xuan commune, Vinh Thanh district, Phu Vang district, Thua Thien Hue province must meet the criteria for golf course construction stipulated in Decision No. 1946 / QD-TTg on November 26, 2009 of the Prime Minister approving the planning of Vietnam golf courses to 2020.

Supplementing the dossier of the general planning of Vinh Thanh new urban area, Phu Vang district, Thua Thien Hue province, up to 2030, which was approved in Decision No. 324 / QD-UBND dated 18/02/2014 by the People’s Committee of Thua Thien Hue province; At the same time, it is necessary to clarify the suitability of the projected area of the project with the urban-construction planning in the locality; with the planning and land use plan of the province.
