HCMC People’s Committee has approved the proposal of the Department of Architectural Planning to adjust some contents in the planning project of Tan Phu district.

Accordingly, the land plot of I / 73, covering an area of 20,700m², consists of commercial land, combined services of 30% and 70% of technical infrastructure land converted into existing residential land.

Area of 95,800sqm of land from mixed land and 10% of the land, 60% of land for trade and services, 30% of land for education and 30% of land for use as land.

Plot I / 64, area 7.100sqm from the land of public works to make Tay Thanh market into land use according to the proposal of the local. Plot I / 128, area of 4.400sqm from educational land to part of the residential land.

Plot I / 92, area of 1.900sqm from park green land to land in accordance with current land use. Plot I / 3, area of 628sqm from religious land to the land used in the current status.

Plot I / 79 area of 8.400sqm from the park green land, partially adjusted to residential land. Plot of land I / 42 area of 8.800sqm from the park green land, partially adjusted to residential land.

Part of plots III / 104, III / 105, III / 106 from combined land for commercial services combined at 70%, 30% for public greenery, Au Co street.

Plot IV / 98 area of 23,200sqm from mixed land for commercial services combined 47%, land 20%, cultural land 33% adjusted to existing residential land.

Plot IV / 27 area of 7.500sqm from land educational buildings to the existing land. Plot IV / 50 area of 6.200sqm from park green land to existing land.

Plot 1.4.1 covers an area of 1,055sqm from public utility land to existing residential land. The partial plot of land lot III.34.2 33.800sqm from combined land for commercial services combined 85%, 15% green land adjusted to existing residential land.
