Area 1 consists of two land lots for building a garden link house with the symbol F11 and F12 with the area of about 448sqm. The area is bordered on the east by D3. The road borders on the west and the land lot is connected with the garden sign F10.

Area boundary is adjacent to road D3. In the west, it is bounded by two plots of villas with the designation B03 and B21. In the south, it is bordered by three plots of land for construction of villas with the symbols A01, A02 and A03. To the north, it borders on D4 road.
