Announcing the list of 10 prestigious builders 2018

Following the publication of the list of 10 prestigious real estate investors in 2018, Realestatevietnam updated the list of 10 prestigious builders of 2018 voted by Vietnam News on March 13.

According to Vietnam Report, among the current Vietnamese contractors, names such as Coteccons and Hoa Binh Corp are associated with the image of experienced, prestigious and responsible contractors. These are also the enterprises that have been surveyed by leading experts.

Criteria for evaluating the prestige of the construction contractor

Construction contractors are assessed and ranked by Vietnam Report based on 3 main criteria:

1. The financial capacity shown on the latest financial statement (total assets, total turnover, profit after tax, efficiency of capital use …);
2. Media credibility is assessed by means of media coding – encoding the company’s articles on influential media channels;
3. Survey of experts in the sector; Survey of people living in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. Ho Chi Minh City on the level of satisfaction with the real estate products / services, the reliability of the contractor brand and the company manufacturing – trading construction materials.
