Approved the construction of two road sections on the 3.5 ring road of Hoai Duc district

According to the new estimates approved by the Hanoi People’s Committee, the total length of two roads of about 1.14 km has a construction value of over VND241.6 billion. The project implementation period is from 2016 to 2019.

Ha Noi City People’s Committee has issued Decision No. 6154 / QD-UBND approving the construction drawing design and cost estimate for the construction of 3.5 Ring Road (Km1 + 700 to Km2 + 050, Km2 + 550 to Km3 + 340), Hoai Duc district.

According to the decision, the scale of investment to build Ring Road 3.5 (Km1 + 700 to Km2 + 050, Km2 + 550 to Km3 + 340) in Hoai Duc district according to the standard of the main trunk road 60m cross section.

Total length of the route is about 1.14 km; Estimated value of construction works is more than VND241.6 billion, the city budget VND90 billion; The remainder from the recurring funds, according to the previous mechanism, the investors have been deducted from the payable land use levy together with the land auction revenue in Hoai Duc district.
