Bac Ninh City gate was poured down, what does the developer say?

Since March, 2017, when the People’s Committee of Bac Ninh has approved the construction of two new gates, so two old gates have been reused to install at Au Co (low-income housing).

The project started from 16 October 2017, to 19 November 2017, completed to put into use. During the construction process, the owner also closely monitored. The contractors shall carry out the construction according to the design dossiers, ensuring the prescribed quality and tempo.

The project was completed and approved by the People’s Committee in Document No. 1070 / CV-UBND dated 15 May 2018. Currently, the project is being handed over to the operator for exploitation and management.

Explaining more about the design of the gate to say hello when the sand exposed, Nguyen Trung Thanh said that although this is the old port used to reuse, but the owner must ensure all factors safe, quality for works.

Specifically, the section of the port bow is 80cm x 80cm, is poured concrete M200, on the pedestal size 100cm x 200cm x 90cm. The gate is linked to the gate by a 14cm code and four anchor bolts M24x650, outside the gate is glazed blue. These are the designs for the well-grounded nails to ensure the quality of the gates.

As for sand under the gate, when he was spilled, Thanh explained that this was a layer of sand about 10cm thick used as a buffer for stonework. This part is not in design and in construction is not available. This does not affect the quality of the works by the intact concrete pillars.
