Bac Ninh will suspend the implementation of 10 BT projects

Bac Ninh Department of Planning and Investment has recently submitted to the provincial People’s Committee a request for a temporary suspension of the receipt, appraisal and approval of investment projects in the form of public-private partnership (PPP) and investment policy with other projects corresponding to the BT project waiting for guidance to transfer the project from the Ministry of Planning and Investment.

Of which, there are 4 projects in the area of ​​Bac Ninh city, including the investment project to complete the construction of the intersection of National Highway 1 and Highway 18; investment projects to build Ngo Tat To street and connecting Ngo Tat To – Bac Ninh ancient citadel; investment project to build Van An-Khuc Xuyen-Phong Khe inter-ward road; investment project to build Van Mieu Park;

In Tu Son town, there are four projects: construction of Dinh Bang Secondary School; To invest in building, renovating and widening the office of the People’s Council – Tu Son Town People’s Committee, Ly Tu Trong Street (from Provincial Road 295B to HN2 and Trang Ha Pre-School, investing in building schools and medical stations. Dong Ky Ward and investment to build Tu Son Town General Hospital.

There are also four projects underway that are undergoing a revised technical review and approval; One project is seeking opinions from departments, agencies and units to adjust investment registration certificates; Six projects are applying for investment approval (four of which have been submitted to the provincial People’s Committee for approval, and one has been consulted for the proposed sector. completing the dossier, a project is seeking opinions of departments, units, units).

In a related development, the Bac Ninh People’s Committee has issued a document requesting the Department of Construction inspected the Royal Park project in accordance with the law, summing up the report to the Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee in August 2015.

The Royal Park project is built on an area of ​​10.000sqm; consisting of two buildings of Diamond (6 floors) and Ruby (18 floors), located in the center of Bac Ninh city and contiguous 4 roads including large road surface.

This project provides a total of 671 products (including 622 apartments, 26 penthouse, 23 shophouse). This is a project to provide customers with high-end products in the Bac Ninh apartment market.
