Beginning To Work 86-Storey Project In Thu Thiem

The complex has an 86-storey multifunctional building that highlights the city of Thu Thiem.

On October 2, the Thu Thiem Observation Tower complex (Empire City project) in the central core of Thu Thiem New Urban Area was kicked off.

This project is a combination of high-end commercial center, five-star hotel, office area and modern apartment. In particular, an 86-storey multifunctional building is expected to be the symbolic work that is also the highest point in this urban area.

Multifunctional Hall, Gymnasium, Separate Recreation Room, Diverse Dining Area, Retail Area inside and along Central Square.

Head of Thu Thiem NTA Investment Unit said that the project owner has paid $ 30 million in the deposit to ensure the implementation of the project in accordance with investment regulations in urban areas.

The Empire City project has an area of nearly 15 hectares, a total allowable floor area of 730,000 m2. It is expected that the complex will be developed in four phases, phase 1 with approximately 130,000 sqm of construction floor will be constructed in 2016-2018. Total investment capital of the project is $ 1.2 billion. The investor is a joint venture between domestic companies and foreign partner Denver Power Ltd (UK), a subsidiary of Gaw Capital Partners.
