Behind schedule 10 years, Ha Tay millennium suddenly started selling

After 10 years of delay, the Ha Tay millennium project (Ha Dong, Hanoi) will be officially opened on 29th September at Marriott Hotel (Hanoi).

The Ha Tay Millennium Project is located on Chu Van An Street, Yet Kieu Ward, Ha Dong District, invested by TSQ Vietnam.

On July 27, 2007, the People’s Committee of Ha Tay Province issued Decision No. 1326 / QD-UBND approving the detailed plan of 1/500 scale. By July 2008, Ha Tay Provincial People’s Committee issued Decision No. 2328 / QD-UBND to withdraw 5,996.65 m2, transfer purpose and allocate 5.607m2 to TSQ Vietnam Company to implement the project.

At that time, the project has a size of 29 storeys with a total investment of $ 29.2 million. Estimated progress of the project from the first quarter of 2008 to the fourth quarter of 2011.

However, the project has been delayed by the investor proposed Hanoi City to adjust from 29 to 45 floors.

According to the investor, the delay of project implementation has many causes, including the time of transition between the merger of Ha Tay province and the projects in the area waiting for the review of Prime Minister, then works on the Nhue river belt have to wait for the opinion of the authorities.

“In line with the capital plan, the company has adjusted the height of the building from 29 to 44 floors and 3 basements today,” said the representative of the project.

In 11/2017, the millennium has been licensed construction and deployment, total investment VND1.330 billion.

According to advertising information, the project has a size of 683 apartments. The project will be completed in the fourth quarter of 2019, handover works in the fourth quarter of 2020.
