On April 14 at the National Convention Center in Hanoi, 54 investors and outstanding real estate projects were honored at the Vietnam National Property Awards 2018.

This award is not only meant to honor organizations, individuals or projects, typical works have contributed excellent for the development of the real estate market in Vietnam but also encourage, encourage and orient. Enterprises enhance the social responsibility, competitiveness, build and develop the brand in accordance with international standards; creating the trend of “green – clean – beautiful” in investment development of real estate projects, to market high quality products, suitable to demand.

Deputy Prime Minister Trinh Dinh Dung asked for continued improvement of relevant institutions, amendments and supplements to laws (Construction, Housing, Real Estate Business …). and the Law on Management and Urban Development … in order to create a legal corridor and a favorable environment for investment and development of real estate.

At the same time, urban development plans should be reviewed to avoid spontaneous investment; To restructure the market with the development of social housing, aiming at ensuring that all inhabitants have accommodation, safety and quality compatible with the solvency of the people.

Nguyen Tran Nam, Chairman of the Vietnam Real Estate Association, said that in the recent period, the real estate market has welcomed the new spirit, overcome the crisis, entered the new development cycle in both quantity and quality.

In particular, the most prestigious real estate developer awards were given to 11 companies including Vingroup, Sun Group, FLC Group, Viet Hung Investment and Urban Development JSC, Novaland Group, Khang Dien House and Investment JSC, CEO Group, Phuc Khang Investment and Construction JSC, BRG Group, GELEXIMCO Group, Phu My Hung Development Company.

At this award ceremony, the green building developer Phuc Khang Corporation was honored as the most prestigious developer and the best green building project award for the Leed Green Apartment Project. and Lotus for the first time in Vietnam – Diamond Lotus Riverside.
