BIC cooperated Tien Phong to spend VND 275 billion to invest project in North Tu Liem

Ha Noi City People’s Committee has just issued the decision approving the investor to implement the housing project staff combined parking at Minh Khai Ward, North Tu Liem District.

According to the decision, the land area for the project implementation is about 13,906sqm, of which land for construction works is 6,588sqm. Specifically, the construction of housing areas combined parking yards with synchronous technical infrastructure. Area of ​​land for building parking lot is 4.427sqm, green area and technical infrastructure 319sqm, internal road area about 2,572sqm, total floor area of ​​16.800sqm, building height of 3 floors with population about 230 people.

The project has a total investment capital of VND 275 billion (20% of total project investment capital), borrowed capital and lawful mobilized capital as prescribed by law (accounting for 80% of total project investment level). Project progress from Q1 / 2017 to Q1 / 2018.

Joint venture of BIC Vietnam Joint Stock Company and Tien Phong Joint Stock Company are responsible for implementing investment in construction works in accordance with the planning and content of investment policy.

In case of handover of houses or construction of works, investors shall have to complete the work’s fronts to ensure compliance with the approved planning and have the responsibility to urge the house purchaser to complete and put the house into use for up to 12 months from the date of handing over the house.

At the same time, the project must comply with the provisions of the law on land, investment, construction, housing planning, real estate business, environmental protection …

The decision also requires the investor to take full responsibility for the accuracy and legality of the information, data and documents attached to the project dossiers submitted for approval. After completing the works, they must be handed over to the competent agencies and specialized units for management of works subject to handover according to regulations (if any).

Investors shall have to take initiative in contacting the concerned departments and branches for guidance and implementation of the subsequent administrative procedures as prescribed. Use the right purpose to build the works under the land allocation decision. It is not allowed to transfer other units to implement the project without the approval of the People’s Committee. Only after the procedures and obligations have been completed in accordance with the law on investment, land, housing, construction and environmental protection.
