At today trading session (November 15^th), more than 5.3 million shares of Can Tho Urban Joint Stock Company is officially traded on the UPCoM market with the code UCT.

UCT was formerly the Urban Public Works Company of Can Tho City. The administrative unit was established by Can Tho People’s Committee in 1990. On July 3^rd, 2015, UCT officially operated as a joint stock company with the charter capital of 54.2 billion.

UCT operates mainly in the public interest, including three main activities: garbage collection, public lighting and tree care. At present, the collection and transportation of household waste and trash of Can Tho city are carried out by the company.

In addition, UCT also manages the operation, maintenance and installation of lighting systems and tree plant, care and management activities in Can Tho city.

The reference price of UCT is 10,000 dong/share. However, in today trading session, there was no successful purchase on UCT code.
