Real estate market reports in the first 10 months of 2017 and forecasts in 2018 of market research companies show that real estate is still an attractive investment channel.

Accordingly, Binh Duong is considered as a potential market and has sustainable growth in the long run. A series of projects will be launched in the last quarter of 2017, including Habitat (VSIP – Sembcorp Gateway), Sora Gardens (Becamex Tokyu), Marina Tower (Green Land), Metro Tower (N.H.O) and Central Garden (Thuan Tien).
According to statistics, more than 50% of Binh Duong’s migrants are from other provinces and cities and foreigners. Binh Duong requires about 30,000-40,000 laborers per year for industrial and service development needs.
According to the latest report of the provincial People’s Committee, in the first four months of 2017, Binh Duong attracted USD 1.43 billion of FDI. In which, 64 new investment projects with total registered capital of US $ 860 million and 27 projects capitalized at the US $ 578 million far exceeded their targets. The latest statistics show that in the middle of July, the province has attracted US $ 27.5 billion in FDI, ranking second to Ho Chi Minh City.
