Thu Thiem and define the boundary of Thu Thiem NUA in the area of ​​4.3 hectares in Quarter 1, Binh An Ward, District 2.

In addition, the Chairman of the City People’s Committee also approved the proposal of the management of Thu Thiem area and the Department of Planning and Investment on the plan of auctioning the right to use all 9 land lots in Functional Area 1 in Thu Thiem New Urban Area.

At the same time, the management of Thu Thiem district will be responsible for coordinating with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and relevant units to organize and approve the detailed planning task of 1/500 scale and carry out the auction in accordance with the current law.
