The People’s Committee of Khanh Hoa province has agreed in writing with the proposal of the Department of Construction on solutions to deal with the purchase of land pledged at banks for people to invest in housing construction.

Accordingly, the People’s Committee of Khanh Hoa province assigned the Department of Construction to continue monitoring, if detecting that the investors trading, buying and selling houses built in the future mortgaged must resolutely handle in accordance with the law.
For projects where investors have not yet transacted or transferred land plots or land plots being mortgaged, the provincial shall continue to regularly inspect them, if detecting that the investors have reported untruthfully, There are transactions, sales in the land plots, mortgaged land lot must inspect the whole process of real estate business of the project to thoroughly handle violations.
For projects showing signs of performing the sale or transfer transactions in land plots or mortgaged plots, they must conduct the inspection and, if detecting violations, shall have to handle administrative violations.
The provincial People’s Committee also directed the provincial police to collect documents to clarify acts of buying, selling and transferring houses and land at Nha Trang Ocean View Villa, in case investors fail to comply, measures must be taken to prevent investors from dispersing their property or escaping.
According to the report of the Department of Construction, at present, there are 19 investment projects to build houses are mortgaging land use rights or assets attached to land at banks.
Of which, 5 projects have been cleared of all plots of land, namely Phuoc Hai
Urban Area, My Gia Urban Area (package 5), Hoang Phu Residential Area, Le Hong Phong I new town and Giang Huong eco-village.
10 projects have not traded for sale or transfer in the land plots or land pledged as: My Gia urban area (package 1, package 6 and package 8), Hon Mot Hill Cultural Park and Villas, Vinh Trung Villas and Ecotourism Area, Tac River Living Quarter, Nha Trang HQC Apartment House, Kim Van Thuy Villa, Nguyen Anh Villas and tourism, Lotus Cam Ranh, Nha Trang and Nam Song Cai new urban area.
Three projects are being traded, including land plots of Thai Xuan residential area (package 4), My Gia urban area (package 07A) and Con Tan Lap residential area.
