“Strange” condotel building

Coco Wonderland Resort is a component project of the Cocobay entertainment complex. The condotel building was created and developed with the orientation to bring a happy and meaningful holiday to the whole family. With 5 large-screen projection rooms, a wide-angle projector system, high solution LED screen, live sound, visitors will be immersed and exploded with the actors’ movements.

A series of facilities such as a restaurant, swimming pool, coffee shop, lounge, pool bar & ice-cream, gym-sauna are all created in a fairytale style.

One-time payment of only 720 million

Coco Wonderland Resort design is inspired by the famous fairy tales. The white domes add to the romantic beauty of Coco Wonderland Resort. At night, the lighting technology is used to turn condotel become more magical, shimmering.

Inside each condotel, livid colors, cute items will highlight the bright look of the room. The space in each unit is best laid out for the children’s activities. For girl children, the sweet room with flowers and trees, beautiful fairies will be the suitable choice, the boys also have the experience of exploring the world of fairies with princes in the exciting adventures.

In addition to landscapes, interiors design, each utility area of The Coco Wonderland Resort is also painted to portray the image of a fairyland in a fairy tale.

Coco Wonderland Resort is a 31-floors double condotel consisting of 700 condotel within the Cocobay complex. Each unit costs USD 1.8 billion, of which customers only make one-time payment from 720 million to own immediately, the rest amount will be supported by SHB loan in 20 years. Specially, this loan will be exempt from interest rate until delivery of the project, not more than 18 months.

Empire Group also commits an annual profit of 12% for 8 years for Coco Wonderland Resort. Thus, with 720 million of initial investment, customers can easily receive about 216 million per year, as well as owns a wonderful fairy paradise for their children and a second home for the family vacation with 15 free nights a year.
