To be complained by businesses, it is necessary to review coastal roads

Deputy Prime Minister Trinh Dinh Dung has just given direction related to investment projects to build coastal road through Hai Phong city and 9 kilometers through Thai Binh province.

Previously, Pacific Ocean Shipbuilding JSC and Khien Ha Trading Co., Ltd. proposed opinions regarding the operation of the shipyards affected by the overpass project on Van Uc river, Hai Phong city.

Deputy Prime Minister has assigned the Ministry of Transport to chair and coordinate with People’s Committee of Hai Phong city and relevant authorities to check and review proposal of investment project to build coastal road passing Hai Phong city and 9 km in Thai Binh province in the form of public-private partners, report to the Prime Minister before September 20.

In 2016, the Government has approved the policy of investing in building coastal roads through provinces and cities of Thanh Hoa, Ninh Binh, Nam Dinh, Thai Binh, Hai Phong and Quang Ninh.

The above coastal road passing through 6 localities is determined to invest in Scale 3; mainly invested in the period before 2020, some sections passing through Thai Binh province with 7/50 km; Nam Dinh with 29/73.5 km is determined to invest after 2020.
