On September 13, Ho Chi Minh City Inspectorate issued Inspection Decision No. 278 on comprehensive inspection of the project of residential area Phi Long 5 (lot No. 5, area 9A + B, new urban Saigon South in Binh Hung, Binh Chanh district) is invested by Vietnam Investment Joint Stock Company, now known as Vietnam Cultural Investment Consultant Joint Stock Company.

Inspection period is 45 days. Period of inspection from the beginning of the project to 31/7/2016. Any cases arising before or after the inspection period related to the inspection contents, if deeming it necessary, shall still carry out the inspection so as to have the grounds for a conclusion.
