Construction Song Da 9 Listed 10 Million Shares

Song Da Investment and Construction JSC have listed 10 million shares (stock code SCI) on Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX).

The “open” event of SCI raised the total listed value on the HNX to over VND106 trillion, with a total of 378 listed companies.

Specifically, SCI is principally involved in the construction and installation of mechanical engineering hydropower and irrigation projects, transportation and infrastructure, mechanical production. Since the transformation of the operating model from a one-member limited liability company to a joint stock company, SCI was officially listed on UPCoM on June 30, 2014 and after more than a year, the company has officially Move to the market listing.

SCI is principally engaged in the field of civil engineering, hydropower and irrigation, transportation and infrastructure, mechanical engineering.

The construction of hydropower and irrigation projects accounts for 70% -80% of SCI’s total output and sales. SCI projects have been implemented in recent years, such as Son La Hydropower Plant, Lai Chau Hydropower Plant, Xekaman 3 Hydropower Plant, Trung Son Hydropower Plant, Nam Khanh Hydropower Plant, and Red River and Ninh Co Rivers, Long Phu Thermal Power Plant, Vung Ang Thermal Power Plant, …

In addition, SCI’s key execution projects, including the Northern Delta Transport Development Project, the National Highway 1A – Phu Yen section expansion project; Lai Chau Hydropower Plant Project, Trung Son Hydropower Project, Vung Ang Hydropower Project, Hua Na Hydropower Project, Long Phu Hydropower Plant, Nui Phao Mining Project.

SCI had a reference price of 12,500 VND per share and after the first 120 minutes of morning trading, investors successfully transferred more than 15,500 shares.
