Construction of the tallest building in Quy Nhon city

TMS Group and Hoa Binh Construction Joint Stock Company signed a contract to build TMS Luxury Hotel & Residence Quy Nhon.

Project TMS Luxury Hotel & Residence Quy Nhon is a complex of five-star hotel and apartment complex with 42 floors and 01 basement. After being put into operation, this will be the tallest tower in Quy Nhon, possessing panoramic 360-degree panoramic view of the whole coastline and city, together with more than 30 modern international standards .

In this project, Hoa Binh is the main contractor for the construction of the body, finishing the construction of the project body, the total value of the contract is about VND 280 billion and the construction period is 14 months. This is the second project of Hoa Binh in Binh Dinh, before the project Liberty Central Quy Nhon Beach construction in November2017.

In particular, the Tan Hoang Mai project with the size of nearly 20 hectares is a combination of high-class apartment, adjoining villas and shophouse; Nguyen Thi Minh Khai project has 19 storeys high and 6 basements.
