Mr. Le Chi Hung Viet, Deputy General Director of Dream House Investment Joint Stock Company, said that D-Vela is fully legal and is invested in European standards.
100% of apartments D-Vela have a clear view, easy to receive light and wind from the Saigon River. The project also has facilities such as shopping mall, indoor swimming pool, landscaped gardens, modern gymnasium, children’s play area, communal living room, basement for the car.
In particular, the project also has a credit guarantee from BIDV with flexible payment method, when the buyer only pays 30% until the house with 0% preferential interest rate.
In addition, the owner takes care of the small details for the project to bring new values such as the application of intelligent management package, the interior equipment inside the apartment will be controlled by the equipment terminals such as smartphones, computers and tablets.
Mr. Viet said that the construction site will be working day and night and committing the handover of the apartment is expected in July -2018, just after 17 months of construction. This project is under construction by Socon Construction Contractor and Descon, the consultancy unit is SCQC3.
