Some apartments are located in a different position to the planning and have an area deviation from the approved plan. The total construction area of 10 units is 1.942sqm. The average area is 194.2sqm / unit.
Coastal bungalow (one-story house with roof) consists of seven two-storeyed buildings with a total area of 3,010 sqm. The average area is 459sqm / unit. The fourth basement is 260sqm. The current status of seven bungalows has an area of deviation from the approved plan. The total area increased to 3,307sqm. The average area is 478sqm / unit. Particularly, the number of four construction deviations from the planning, area 422sqm.

Disobeying the law
According to Nguyen Thi Anh Thi, on May 3, 2017, Hoa Hai Ward People’s Committee has checked the reality and worked with the investor proposed stop construction of works for the above violations.

On December 22, 2017, the People’s Committee of Ngu Hanh Son District issued a decision on fines of VND 100 million for wrongful acts involving aggravating circumstances. Remedial measures shall be the suspension of all construction activities and the procedures for adjusting and supplementing the permits as prescribed.
However, after successive decisions on sanctioning and suspension of construction, the investor of the Song project is having the opportunity to “legitimize” his wrong. Specifically, on January 18, if the owner can not submit the additional adjustment for the wrong construction items, the authorities will carry out coercive, destroying items that have been wrongly constructed.
In addition, Nguyen Thi Anh Thi pointed out other projects in Ngu Hanh Son district with violations in construction such as Muong Thanh hotel complex and Son Tra high-class apartments; Dong Phuong villa and hotel project; The project of Sao Viet Non-Nuoc Resort. These projects are being applied by the authorities to suspend construction and wait for the next steps.
