Da Nang: Paying VND50 Billion To Plan Trung Son Historical Vestiges Village

On March 25, the People’s Committee of Hoa Vang District (Danang City) officially announced the planning Trung Son historic village (Hoa Lien commune, Hoa Vang district) with a total land area of 122,988 sqm.

According to the actual survey, more than 80 households are living in the project area. Surrounded by projects that were “suspended”, the area became a low-lying area, often flooding, causing trouble among the people.

On the other hand, according to People’s Committee of Hoa Vang, Trung Son village was a “red address” in the revolutionary movement, a buffer revolution during the 30 years of resistance against French colonialism and American imperialism. This village alone has 20 heroic Vietnamese mothers and 79 patriotic martyrs.

Therefore, in order to avoid flooding, restoring historical relics, creating spiritual tourist attractions, the project will be implemented in the area of Trung Son hill.

Danang City’s People’s Committee, People’s Committee of Hoa Vang district consult people and publish the plan.

The project will be built into a complex of Trung Son hillside, spiritual park and resettlement area. In particular, this spiritual resort will connect with the overall population of Ba Na Hills tourism, promoting the development of tourism in the west of Da Nang.

It is estimated that the total investment of the project is estimated at VND 50 billion, of which VND 14 billion will be spent on investment in compensation and construction. Investors selected by the People’s Committee of Da Nang City and Hoa Vang District.

It is expected that the project will be started and completed within two years.
