Da Nang to warn dmc-579 joint venture due to selling apartment contrary to regulations

The Department of Construction of Da Nang City has promulgated Dispatch No. 6378/SXD-QLN on receiving dossier of buying social housing for low income in An Trung 2 apartment project invested by the DMC-579 Joint Venture.

Accordingly, the Department of Construction of Da Nang said that recently it received some information about the receipt of buying social housing for low income in An Trung 2 apartment project.

This is a social housing project which is allocated land by State without collecting land use fee to implement the project. Investors may only sell social houses to those are entitled to housing support policies according to regulations. The procedures and order for receiving dossiers, conditions and subjects must comply with the provisions of 2014 Housing Law and Decree No. 100/2015/ND-CP dated October 20, 2015 of the Government.

However, at present, the DMC-579 does not publish information related to the project on the Portal of the Construction Department, on newspapers and real estate trading floor as stipulated in Clause 1 of Article 20 Decree No. 100/2015/ND-CP dated October 20, 2015 of the Government.

“Therefore, the receipt of dossiers for buying social housing in the project is not comply with the regulations,” Da Nang Construction Department confirmed and requested the DMC-579 to observe strictly to the regulations.
