On November 18, Danh Khoi A Chau JSC (DKRA) and Kien A Corporation signed a contract to distribute and market the Citi Soho project.
Accordingly, DKRA is the sole distributor and marketer of Citi Soho project invested by Kien A JSC in Cat Lai (District 2) with 600 apartments. The price of each apartment (area of 55sm – 60sm) is about 1 billion, payment within 36 months.
The project is located in a rapidly urbanized area, many infrastructure projects are speeding up investment, connecting well with the city center as well as neighboring areas such as Vung Tau, Da Lat, Long An International Airport and a variety of local amenities such as high-end swimming pool, children’s play area, BBQ area, sports area…
