Dat Xanh mien Trung Was Assigned A New Project In Quang Nam

The People’s Committee of Quang Nam province has just issued Decision No. 2370 / QĐ-UBND to assign Dat Xanh Mien Trung Joint Stock Company as the investor of the project to build Smart City in Quang Nam – Dien Ngoc New Urban Area, Dien Ban Town. The project is adjacent to Dien Duong industrial cluster, with a total area of nearly 20 hectares and total investment capital of 160 billion VND.

According to this decision, smart urban area – Smart City Quang Nam is a project invested to build effectively land fund to meet the demand for housing, public, trees, infrastructure Assembly and infrastructure of the area; to ensure the urban development in line with the general development planning and to synchronously develop infrastructure works in urban centers and surrounding areas, contributing to the achievement that makes the new urban center of Dien Nam – Dien Ngoc become type III urban centers by 2020.

The People’s Committee of Quang Nam province also assigned the Dien Nam – Dien Ngoc New Urban Development Management Board to assume the responsibility and coordinate with concerned departments, branches, and localities in order to guide Dat Xanh Trung Central the construction investment for the above projects.

Thus, with the desire to bring a new smart neighborhood model in the center of Dien Nam – Dien Ngoc Urban as well as contribute to promote infrastructure and economic development in this land, Dat Xanh Central Vietnam will continue to invest, build and plan to launch its products in 2018, bringing new values to the people of Quang Nam.
